Deploy the docs site

The site builds to static files that any static host can serve.

1. Build the site:

   npm run build

2. Publish the dist/ directory to your host (GitHub Pages, Netlify, or an object store / CDN).

The build fails on broken internal links, so a green build is a prerequisite for publishing.
